At de Jonge Watch we take our time with the development and assembly of each watch to create a product that we are proud to share with you that you will enjoy for years.

All de Jonge Watches include a one year limited international warranty. The details of the warranty are outlined below.

de Jonge Watch warrants that your watch will be free from manufactures defects in materials and/or workmanship.This warranty applies to the original owner only, and is non-transferable. de Jonge Watch warrants the replacement or repair, at its sole option, of any part of the watch due to defect in material and/or workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase and is subject to the following conditions:

• The watch was purchased from an authorized de Jonge Watch Retailer 
•  The damage or malfunction is the result, in our sole opinion, of a defect in material or workmanship and not the result of an accident or owner negligence.
• Shipping costs incurred in the process of submitting a watch for a warranty claim are the watch owner's responsibility.

A few examples of issues that are not considered defects in material and/or workmanship include: Normal signs of wear such as scratches on the case, crystal, bezel, bezel screws or metal bracelet; stripped bezel screws due to improper removal/installation; unauthorized repair or modification work; discoloration or signs of wear on leather; water damage that results from a failure to secure the screw-down crown when watch is exposed to water, or from use at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance.  

If any issues arise with your watch outside the warranty period please contact us and we will try our best to help you out. We built a watch we are proud of and we want you to enjoy it for as long a possible.
